Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”. I think I can safely speak for all of us here when I say this is the best part of being a member of the T+T team. We all love watches, watch culture, and presenting these stories and reviews to you each week. But, while we do love it, it is without question a lot of work to produce our YouTube videos. So, recently, we felt extremely grateful and validated in our labour of love when we reached a huge milestone for Time+Tide: 100,000 subscribers on our YouTube Channel.

Now, if there is one thing we hear over and over it is “you made me discover this watch” or “you made me buy this watch”. So, we want to celebrate this milestone properly with a five watch GIVEAWAY! Time+Tide and About Effing Time Creative Director Marcus Flack reveals the details of the giveaway in the video above.

There are two ways to enter: the first is to post a picture of the watch on your Instagram feed and caption the shot with a brief story of how you came to pull the trigger and, very important, add the hashtag #timeandtidemademedoit. For bonus points, post a video holding/presenting the watch and telling us how #timeandtidemademedoit (again, crucial you include the hashtag in your post caption).

Important note: to be eligible to win one of five watches – priced from $500 – $5000 – it has to be a watch that you discovered on Time+Tide.
